and/or the surfer to the terms of these regulations, therefore you are requested to read these regulations in their entirety and carefully.
2. The provisions of these regulations apply equally to members of both sexes and the use of the masculine form is for convenience only.
3. The section headings are for the convenience of the user and will not be used in the interpretation of the regulations.

TUSCANY BAGS: Hereinafter, the "Site" is a website on the Internet that constitutes a virtual store for purchasing products and services by the public surfing the Internet in Israel

Making purchases through the site will be possible subject to fulfilling the cumulative conditions detailed below:
*The user declares that he is over the age of 18 and is qualified to perform binding legal actions.
*If you are a minor (under the age of 18) or are not entitled to perform legal actions without the consent of the guardian, use of the site will be considered as if you have received the consent of the guardian.
*The user has a valid Israeli identity card or a corporation legally incorporated and registered in Israel.
*The user has a valid Israeli or international credit card issued in Israel by one of the credit card companies.
*The user has an active mailbox on the Internet.
The user declares and confirms that he is aware that providing false information is a criminal offense and that anyone who does so is subject to criminal and civil legal proceedings.

Making a purchase through the Site:
* The sale on the Site is a sale at a pre-fixed price until the stock runs out (regular sale).
* To purchase a product through the Site, the user will be entitled to choose from the variety of items offered for sale, at the sole discretion of the "Site".
* The Site management may update the prices of products on the Site and the shipping rates from time to time and without the need for prior notice.
*The user will select the desired size, color and quantity of the requested product(s).
*The user will provide personal information such as name, address, email address, telephone number and credit card details through which payment will be made. The user declares that the details provided during the order will be true, complete and accurate
If incorrect or inaccurate details are provided, the ''Site'' will not be able to guarantee the order. If the credit card details entered by the customer are incorrect or incomplete, or the credit card is not valid, or the credit card company does not honor the transaction, it will not be possible to complete the order and a notification to this effect will be displayed on the screen or via a message on the site or by other means.
Upon receipt of the order, the site will check the credit card details and only after the order is confirmed by the credit card companies will the customer receive a message to the email address entered during the ordering process, confirming the transaction, along with a transaction number for tracking. This confirmation does not obligate the site store to provide the products, and it only indicates that the order details have been recorded in the site's computers.
Confirmation of the purchase is conditional on the product actually being in stock at the store and/or the manufacturer on the requested delivery date and/or at the time of the order. However, if it is not specified that the product is not in stock and the product has not been downloaded from the site by the time the order is placed, the store will not be obligated to sell the product, and the user will not have any claim and/or claim in this regard for any type of damage, whether direct or indirect damage caused to the user and/or a third party. Shipping and delivery:
'' TUSCANY BAGS '' will deliver the products purchased through the site to the address in Israel specified by the user when placing the order
*Shipping time between 7 and 10 working days (unless otherwise specified).
*Shipping by registered mail, in accordance with Israel Post regulations.
*The possibility of ordering from the site is limited to areas in accordance with the map of the distribution areas of Israel Post and/or the delivery company. Deliveries will be made to areas to which the external delivery company reaches, and subject to its policy, including with regard to the commitment to the delivery date.
*The site will operate to deliver the order for the products for which the consideration has been paid in full using the user's credit card to the address specified by the user according to the terms specified on the site when placing the order.
*The site will not be responsible for any delay or delay in delivery and/or non-delivery caused by force majeure and/or events beyond its control, including strikes, shutdowns, security incidents, and the like.
